The loft conversion was part of a project management on a full house refurb for one of our repeat clients with a large portfolio of residential property’s and has included Damp proofing, all electrical installations, full internal plastering and primarily the loft conversion all completed and subject to building control with certificate granted, the loft conversion we created a fire corridor, extended the roof space with a part dormer and completed all internal plaster works.

The cellar conversion and cellar tanking was completed using Pam Ties damp proofing and cellar tanking products and was part of an extensive new build project, including the type 1 cementicous tanking of approximately 40 linear meters and a complete floor area of 250 meters square, including the earth retaining wall tanking with a type 3 membrane tanking along with floor sealing, cavity drainage system and membrane tanking of the whole floor area.  Completed on time and under budget with a very happy client.

The hot weather has given PMC-Nw a great opportunity to take on more external rendering work in Bolton, Wigan and Chorley, using K rend rendering products. We have achieved a very high-quality rendering finish and are now taking on more clients for our external renders well into the 2026 season.
